Refund policy
Fresh Wave by Addison’s wants you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cleaning products, final sale items, or items that have been damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.
How to start a return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order.
